Koved Care provides Home Care and Care Management Services for Clients who desire post-operative private-duty care while in the hospital and/or when they return home. Home Care Services: Koved’s home care services include all customary assistance with “activities of daily living” (“ADL’s).  Post-surgical cases will be staffed by certified CNA’s or HHA’s, unless otherwise requested by the client. Based on the care plan that we develop in consultation with you, our caregivers will Provide assistance with: Hygiene, ambulation, transfers, etc.; Changing Ice Bags; Shopping, cooking, eating; Errands and light housekeeping; Transport you to and from medical, therapy, or other appointments. Provide medication reminders, help with range-of-motion exercises, etc. Care Management Services: Koved’s care managers provide comprehensive oversight of all aspects of your care. They will work with you to determine the best mix of post-operating services for you. Koved's care managers hire and manage your caregivers, and arrange and oversee the delivery of all skilled services, if any are required.
